As a life long resident of Swadlincote, Mum to 4 grown up children, Mamma of 2 beautiful Grandchildren and long term Home Educator I am passionate about our lovely town and what it has on offer to enhance the lives of it’s residents. In my role as a Professional Hypnotherapist and Certified Trauma Specialist I have seen first hand the damage that loneliness and isolation can do to a persons mental and physical wellbeing and I am really excited to bring my skills and experience to this project.

In my free time I love to read…anything gothic and spooky is a win for me ! I also love playing with my Grandchildren, getting out into nature, slow / gentle living including growing my own veggies and watching movies. I am a bit of a fandom geek especial Doctor Who  and I am currently trying to teach myself digital art…..I still have a long way to go with that one !
